Probably good product BUT I was unlucky with the shipping :(
Unfortunately my bottle had a huge opening crack in the cap even though it was in bubble wrap. So I didn't end up trying any unfortunately and it doesn't seem to let me request a replacement on Amazon.I didn't want to bash the review with a 1 star because these things happen especially with glass bottles being shipped and I'm sure based on others that this is a good product. I did what I thought was fair for both sides and gave it a 2/5 stars.

I bought this for a variety of reasons. First, I've read that ACV is good for weight loss. And Second that is was good for acne.

After trying to drink two tablespoons before each meal I realized I didn't have the stomach for it. Even when diluted, the bitter acid taste was still too strong for me so I decided to stop ingesting it. Sure it might be good for the metabolism, but what good does it do if I'm sick half the day?

As for the second "cure..." I mixed this into a bottle of Dove Face wash for Men (because I'm a man) and started washing my face daily with this concoction. Overall I have to say that ACV really does work on acne. As a relatively bad case myself, my face is now much clearer, and clearer than before with just the Dove wash.

If you can stand not being able to open your eyes and the ACV smell for a minute while you scrub your face, then I say try it.

This works for my muscle cramps! I was surprised. I had never read that alkalizing the body would help with muscle cramps. I get severe long lasting cramps all over. Sometimes it looks like I have a alien in me, and I watch as the alien in my abdomen kicks the book off!

But I take 2 tablespoons in 2 cups of water, and in 30 minutes the cramps that may have been plaguing me all day are gone.

I originally bought it because the reviews all had such good things to say about it, and usually I don't really notice any pros or cons on supplements or herbs and can't say if it helped or not.

I have to KNOW it helps to say it does, and so I would wait until something was going wrong that I thought it was helping and go take a dose and see how fast it fixed it. And after trying this about a half dozen times, it seems to me that it does work.

Now, I am doing testing to see what happens to blood sugar, and paying attention to blood sugar to peripheral neuropathy symptoms. Also will observe for blurred vision, and mental acuity. Will update latter.

UPDATE: I found that it really made my stomach burn so much that it was hard to make myself take it. I wondered if maybe the cramps were from dehydration, as I don't drink a lot of fluids; and so just drank the 2 cups of water. Guess what? The cramps stopped with just the water.

Now there are still 2 claims that interest me:
1. that it may lower your blood sugar (haven't done the glucose meter and recorded measurements yet, will update latter)
2. that it will alkalinize one's body chemistry, decreasing the risk of infections and cancer...not sure how to measure this, will think about it.
